The Planning Validation Checklist Guidance Document
Please read our validation guidance before you submit an application to us. It sets out all the information that you may need to complete a valid application.
Application forms and checklists
You do have the option to find forms and Submit a planning application online via the Planning Portal.
If you want to make a paper based application, all planning applications forms can be downloaded to complete below.
With each application form there is a checklist to let you know what information you must send with your application.
These requirements are in line with National and Local planning checklists. Our local list was last reviewed in April 2017.

When the applicant is not the sole owner of the application site, and Certificate B or C (included on application form) is signed, pleased serve the Notice1 on the owner(s).
