Application forms and checklists

You do have the option to find forms and Submit a planning application online via the Planning Portal.

If you want to make a paper based application, all planning applications forms can be downloaded to complete below.

With each application form there is a checklist to let you know what information you must send with your application.

These requirements are in line with National and Local planning checklists. Our local list was last reviewed in April 2017.

Application to modify or discharge a planning obligation agreed under S106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990

Approval of details reserved by condition

Hedgerow removal notice

Householder application for planning permission for works or extension to a dwelling

Lawful development certificate for a proposed use or development

Lawful development certificate for an existing use or operation or activity including those in breach of a planning condition

Listed building consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building

Non-material amendment following a grant of planning permission

Notice to serve on owners of application site where Certificate B is completed

When the applicant is not the sole owner of the application site, and Certificate B or C (included on application form) is signed, pleased serve the Notice1 on the owner(s).
