Cumbria Police and Crime Commissioner election 2016

Peter McCall has been elected as the new Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) for Cumbria.

Voters went to the polls on 5 May but the counts for the election took place on Friday, 6 May.

As no candidate received more than 50% of the valid first preference votes, the second preference votes were counted for the candidates who were not eliminated from the contest.
