You must inform us of any change in circumstances that might affect your current Housing Benefit claim.
If something stopped or delayed you from applying for Housing Benefit you may be able to ask for your claim to be backdated.
Any 'person affected' by a Housing Benefit decision can make a request for us to revise our decision or to ask for the case to be referred to the Appeals Tribunal.
