Our workforce profile

We monitor the profile of people that work here because:

  • we are committed to supporting a diverse workforce
  • we hold, voluntarily given, information about employees that helps to make sure we give all our employees the help and support they might need to do their work

Profile of our workforce as of 1 April 2017

Analysis of the workforce has been made by gender, age, disability, ethnic origin and pay grade. Further breakdown by directorate and services within directorates has been carried out and is used for service planning.

Headcount 1 April 2017: 422 (2016 figures based on a headcount of 408)

Because we are currently going through a restructure at SLDC we haven't produced a workforce profile for 2018 or 2019. We will produce one again in 2020.
