Public toilets are provided by a number of different organisations across South Lakeland.
The Kendal Courtesy Toilet Scheme offers clean, safe loos in convenient locations across the town. You are welcome to use the toilets in the participating businesses during their normal opening hours. Some of the venues offer accessible or wheelchair access and baby changing facilities.

Kendal indoor market, Market Place: Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 4pm
Westmorland Shopping Centre: Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 6pm and Sunday 9:30am to 4pm. Disabled toilet available
Booths, Wainwrights Yard: Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Disabled toilet available
Finkles restaurant, Yard 34, Finkle Street: Monday to Saturday 9am to 4pm
The Bristly Hog, 69 Stricklandgate: Monday to Saturday 9am to 4:30pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm

Brew Brothers, 69 Highgate: Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm
Comida (food), 92-95 Highgate: Wednesday to Friday midday to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 9pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Disabled toilet available
