Report a problem with one of our car parks
If you have a problem with a car park which we own or manage you can report the issue to our contact centre by calling 01539 733 333 or email: email@example.com.
Problems could include lights out in the car park or a broken ticket machine.
If one of our ticket machines is out of order, you should try and use an alternative ticket machine within the same car park if possible. If you cannot find another working machine please report the issue to our contact centre.
Alternatively, there is an option at some of our car parks to pay for parking by phone.
