Reporting machine faults
If one of our ticket machines is out of order, you should try and use an alternative ticket machine within the same car park if possible. Alternatively, there is an option at some of our car parks to pay for parking by phone.
If you cannot find another working machine please contact parking services by calling 01539 793 468.
