Report a problem with one of our car parks

You can let us know about an issue with one of our car parks, such as a broken light, by using our online form below. Please do not use this form to report a faulty ticket machine.
Reporting machine faults
If one of our ticket machines is out of order, you should try and use an alternative ticket machine within the same car park if possible. Alternatively, there is an option at some of our car parks to pay for parking by phone.
