If the information you send us is commercially sensitive you should:
a) clearly identify it as commercially sensitive
b) explain the potential implications of revealing it
c) provide an estimate of the period of time during which you believe the information will remain commercially sensitive
We will endeavour to maintain confidentiality where possible.
However, tenderers should note that in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act we may have to reveal information submitted by tenderers.
