How to apply or renew your operator's licence

Return your completed application with a recent passport photo along with the relevant fee:
- new private hire operator's licence (one year): £109
- new private hire operator's licence (five years): £360.63
- renewal private hire operator's licence (one year): £109
- renewal private hire operator's licence (five years): £220.74
