Independent and parish remuneration panels

We have set up an independent panel, currently made up of five members of the public, to make recommendations in accordance with the Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003. The panel is known as the South Lakeland Independent Remuneration Panel (IRP) and also sits as the South Lakeland Parish Remuneration Panel (PRP).

Recommendations for 2018 to 2019

On 19 December 2017 the Council will consider adoption of recommendations of the IRP. Below are the documents relevant to this proposal.
