We have a Chief Executive Lawrence Conway and two directors; David Sykes, Director of Strategy Innovation and Resources and Simon Rowley, Director of Customer and Commercial Services. They are supported by a team of Lead Specialists who each have responsibility for different service areas.

To develop the corporate strategy and priorities, ensuring these are based on evidence (what the district needs and what residents aspire to), to enable the council to deliver its vision. The role will ensure; corporate planning, a current council strategy and policy framework, policy development, emergency planning, strategy for
partnerships and also organisational and budget alignment to priorities.

council. This area will also ensure the council conducts elections and supports Members and their development.
