How to make a submission
Our draft recommendations aren't final. Stage three will begin on 4 March 2019 and end on 26 May 2019. We welcome any comments or feedback you may have about your parish (or the parishes you have an interest in), even if we haven't made draft recommendations.
Any submissions we receive during stage three will be taken into account when we draw up our final recommendations.
How to make a comment or submission
The above link will take to you to the 'have your say' section of a website called Citizen Space, which has a consultation and engagement database for Cumbria. The website allows you to make comments, recommendations and upload maps and other documents.
You can save your progress on this site at any time, so you don't need to complete your comments all in one sitting, you can come back to the site later to send your submission.
You can use Citizen Space as a local resident, a local councillor or as a representative of a local organisation (for example a parish council or residents' association).
Before sending your submission, we recommend that you:
- re-read your comments and submissions to make sure you have got your point across effectively
- ensure you have uploaded any maps, or other documents, to support your submission. This is optional, you don't have to send us supporting documents
- ensure you have included your details as requested
Make a comment or submission in writing
If you can't make a comment or submission online, you can write to us instead to the address at the bottom of this page.
We can't accept comments or submissions by email. If you'd like to make a comment online, please use the link to Citizen Space above.
