Paying for parking
Pay by cash
You can pay with cash at all of our car parks apart from Kendal Snowsports Club, but please note that the machines do not give change.
The machines will accept the following coins: 5 pence, 10 pence, 20 pence, 50 pence, £1 and £2. The old £1 will not be accepted.
Pay by card
You can pay with Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards, as well as contactless card payments at all car parks, except for the Brewery Arts Centre, Westmorland Shopping Centre, Kendal College and Kendal Museum. Apple Pay cannot be used at the machines.
