Use this form to ask for a new waste container for a residential property.
You can order bins, bags and boxes.
These include:
- • grey bin
- • green bin
- • blue box
- • box lid
- • blue bag
- • black bag (only for properties on the black bag collection list)
It may take up to three weeks for your new bins or boxes to be delivered.
Do not use this form to:
- • order a large grey bin
- • order a black bag if your property is not on the black bag collection list
If you have six or more people living in your house we have a separate form to request a larger bin
Before you start:
- • When you order a new bin you will be asked if you want us to take away your old equipment. Please ensure it is accessible for our staff to collect.
