Car Park Permit - Application Form

Please read the following important information before completing the form.

This online form can be used to pay by bank card for:

• renewing your permit in March or April for a permit beginning 1 April and finishing on 31 March in the following year. You will need your permit number beginning SCX
• applying for a new permit any time in the year. The permit will start from the 1st of the current month of application and finish on the next 31 March

It is also possible to make a direct debit application. Existing direct debit permit-holders should contact Parking Services and not use this online form.

If you are applying for a Standard permit (not Transferable or Business) there is a reduction for 'A' Rated vehicles. 'A' rated means that the CO2 emissions of your vehicle are 100 g/km or less. This is clearly stated on your log book (V5) on page 4, under v.7. If you think you may be eligible, please contact Parking Services using the details below before continuing with your application.
