Grazing Land
We have a number of sites within surrounding areas that are
available to let for the grazing of cattle, sheep, horses
and/or mowing grass.
Grazing land is only offered on a 360 day licence agreement.
and our policy is to re-offer the new licence to the previous
licence in the first instance. Therefore vacancies are rare
as only if the licence fee is not agreed will it be offered by
tender. Any vacancies are usually advertised in the local
press.
How much does it cost?
The licence fee depends on the size and location of the field.
Terms of the licence will be discussed when a site is offered. Each
licence agreement is subject to a one-off payment of £35 + VAT to
cover administrative costs.
