Grange-over-Sands Promenade
These gardens are maintained with the co-operation and support
of Grange Civic Society. Popular with the young and elderly the
historic promenade is a central attraction in Grange.
The promenade dates back to Victorian times and is adjacent to
the railway line and station. It is a walkway of beautiful plants
and magnificent views over Morecambe Bay. There is a wide range of
facilities and activities including tennis courts, bowling greens,
croquet lawns, basketball courts and childrens play areas.
