The scrutiny committees produce an annual report detailing their
progress over the course of the year. To view the most recent

All scrutiny reports are public documents and are published on
the Council's website as part of the agenda for the particular
meeting they are being presented to. For a quick reference to
the 2007/08 reports and the corresponding minutes detailing
Cabinet's decisions about their recommendations please

In the 2006/07 Council year 93% of the recommendations made
to Cabinet were accepted compared to a national average
(across England and Wales) of 83%.
