Medium Term Financial Plan
Summary
The Medium Term Financial Plan supports the delivery of the
Council’s corporate priority outcomes. The Plan indicates that the
Council’s finances are currently in a relatively sound condition.
However, the delivery of corporate capital priorities will require
additional resources that will result in revenue budget deficits
and stretch the Capital Programme. A set of actions is proposed to
provide a framework to identify and secure those resources.
