Welcome to the Talk Toilets Consultation
Results
The Talk Toilets Consultation started on the 18th January and
was completed on the 11th April.
In total, local residents returned 682 questionnaires and 277
visitors to the area were interviewed as part of the consultation.
Over 250 people attended the exhibitions that took place throughout
the district. Local businesses, town and parish councils, Local

opportunity to send their views to the Council.
A report on the consultation results will be prepared for the
SLDC Cabinet meeting on Wednesday 8th September, when councillors
will decide on the next step in deciding the future of public
toilets in South Lakeland.
The full consultation report is available on the
Consultation and Community Engagement Database
Hard copies are also available to view in the receptions areas
of South Lakeland House in Kendal, Langstone House in Windermere
