Highways Hotline
SLDC doesn't look after the district's roads/highways which
includes services such as potholes, traffic lights and snow, ice
and road gritting.
This service is provided by Cumbria County Council who work
with Capita PLC and other organisations to manage Cumrbria's
highways -

The Hotline number 0845 609 6609 provides nformation
relating to highways and you can also report problems and
track their progress.
