Help bring broadband to your area
The council is a member of the Cumbria Broadband ICT
Initiative (CIBI) partnership. This group was formed to enable
businesses, organisations and residents to access a good standard
of broadband service at a reasonable price.
You can visit the CIBI website forum which has discussions
around broadband and users experiences of the service across
Cumbria.
To support the case for the development and extension of the
broadband infastructure across Cumbria you can register your
support by completing the registration form.
CIBI will use the information to map broadband across the
county to try and ensure all areas have access to the service they
need.
