Help Bring Broadband to your Area

Cumbria Broadband ICT Initiative (CIBI) is a partnership, of which SLDC is a member, formed to enable businesses, organisations and consumers in the county to access metropolitan standard broadband services at reasonable cost.

 

To support the 'business case' for the development and extension of the broadband infrastructure in Cumbria you are encouraged to register your interest (without commitment) in having access to affordable broadband by completing the Registration Form on the CIBI website.

 

Broadband demand creation is part of the work being undertaken by CIBI. Registration of your interest will enable current and ongoing demand in the county to be mapped and the work tailored to ensure that provision is made to meet that demand and encourage the stimulation of further demand.
