The cost of submitting a planning application varies depending
on the nature and scale of the proposal.
Current Planning Application Fees

you assess how much your application will cost to submit. Details
of how to convert dimension if the floor area is required can
be viewed using the following link -

Fees can be paid in three ways:
1. By Cheque - please make your cheque
payable to South Lakeland District Council.
2. By telephone - to make a
telephone payment using a credit or debit
card please
contact the Planning Admin Team on
telephone number 01539 717370.

On-line - fees can be made on
the
Planning
Portal if you are submitting your
planning application electronically.
Alternatively cheques can be posted separately
to us, quoting the Planning Portal's
reference number for your application and the
site address that your application relates
to.
