Searching for a historic Planning Application
Full details including plans and other documents are
available on the Online
Planning Service for applications submitted after 1
January 2006. Applications before then are archived. We
have full records going back to 1988 and partial records back to
1947. If you wish to examine historic records please put your
request in writing, giving as much detail as possible and we will
do our best to retrieve the information for you. Historic
records referring to a single dwelling incur a fee of £36,
referring to commercial or large developments - £72. Very
complex sites will be charged at a pre-arranged fee.
