Building Control Register
Online GIS
The GIS allows a map-based search to find Building Regulation
applications based upon a specific property or area of land. It is
possible to search by either address or postcode.
Any land or premises, which have been the subject to a
Building Regulation application, is shown by a red dot. To retrieve
the information the user should click on the “i” icon. The Building
Control history will then be shown in a box below the
map.
NOTE – The Online GIS is updated on a weekly basis
Limitations-please disregard any information regarding our
Partnership schemes/decisions, and the "&" ampersand sign on
the multiple plot schemes.
