Temporary Contact Number at SLDC

The telephone system at South Lakeland District Council is temporarily out of action and the council would like to apologise to members of the public for any inconvenience caused.   

A temporary telephone number has now been made available, so please use the following number to contact the council:

Members of the public are still able to visit the council at South Lakeland House in Kendal, the Local Link at Ulverston Town Hall and Langstone House in Windermere.  Direct dial numbers are still working and people are able to email the council via customer.services@southlakeland.gov.uk

SLDC is currently unable to receive calls on 0845 050 4434, but the council is doing everything it can and working with the telephone company to ensure that engineers resolve the problem as soon as possible.
