9.15am - Arrive at the Lakes Aquarium , the UK’s leading freshwater aquarium. Walk underwater along Windermere’s re-created lakebed and marvel at diving ducks. 10.00am - Depart Aquarium of the Lakes. Stroll over to Lakeside Pier adjacent to the aquarium.

10.10am - Board Windermere Lake Cruises steamer and sail across to Bowness Bay.

11.00am - Rejoin the coach at Bowness Pier for the journey to Holker Hall.

11.40am - Arrive at Holker Hall, the friendliest of stately homes has no ropes or barriers to restrict viewing. Having lunch in the Courtyard Café. After lunch visit Lakeland Motor Museum housed in the grounds of Holker Hall. To complete your visit explore the inspirational gardens, which combine formal design with woodland walks.

2.00pm - Depart Holker Hall

2.20pm - Arrive in Cartmel Medieval Village which has a delightful range of genuine old world buildings, many serving as Cartmel Prioryfriendly inns and well-stocked shops offering a variety of Lakeland products. The beautiful priory church welcomes coach groups and priory guides can be pre-booked.
