We hope you will have no cause for complaint but if a problem
arises, we advise you to discuss it straight away with the
management at your accommodation so that the situation can be
rectified without delay. It is often very difficult to deal
effectively with a complaint if it is reported at a later date. In
the case of a serious complaint, professional advice should be
sought. If the property belongs to a Quality Assurance Scheme
(Visit Britain, the AA or Quailty Cumbria), please contact the
