I was dismayed to receive a newsletter form a neighbour about the plans to develop the land off Grange Fell Road. In response to the newsletter and I think that it would be wrong for the land to be used for both housing and business purposes. There are no amenities at the top of Grange Fell Road for such proposed developments. Surely business developments would be better placed in the town centre.
The matter that is pressing much of the community of Grange is the dilapidation of the local swimming pools.
Some of these plans are addressed in the LDF document, but I did find that the information supplied by my neighbour concerning the plans for the land off Grange Fell Road very hard to find
