Two small developments of houses - half at site 30 and half at site 32
large industrial developements only 2 miles away in Milnthorpe - dont feel that further industrial use is required.
Must have some local occupancy restriction or we will have empty houses. Particularly as the earning capacity and present mortgage difficulties will leave may open to speculators.
