my opinion is that an industrial site situated at 4 Lane Ends in Storth is unacceptable because of very poor access. An increas ein industrial traffic would damage the infrastructure.

I agree in principal with Ian Stewart. In paricular with the light Industry development on Cockshott Lane is crazy. there is no safe place, easy route for industrial vehicles from any direction and to consider widening the approach lanes would be detrimental to the character of the area. As for housing - it muct be affordable for younger people with families to come to Storth and keep the community young. ( I write this as a 70 old)

Above all i pity the inhabitants of of Milnthorpe who already have to put up with unacceptable heavy traffic towards Arnside.
Please use this space if you wish to set out a new option for consideration.
Prehaps readdressing the craziness of doing the railway to Sandside would help - reinstate a light railway connection before considering any increasein industry or people.
