Ideally no development at all - there is already a good mix of people and housing.
Out infrastructure will not cope with more than this , particularly the Storth Road ( which has a school) in junction at the Estuary.
Please use this space if you wish to set out a new option for consideration.
Light industry at Quarray road may work - the site is under used at present.
If housing has to be built then maybe 15 or 20 retirement style houses sensitively positioned.
