South Storth would be totally unsuitable for light industrial development but would be suitable for and erection of a small number of dwellings.
The area to the north East of Storth ( ref no 32) is unsuitable for devlopment as additonal dwellings and would have serious detrimental effects on the Yans Lane community.
Please use this space if you wish to set out a new option for consideration.
There is however potential for future development along the Quarray lane for light industrial use and housing.
