Residential units,
These would increase traffic into the village and this would be inappropriate on such narrow lanes. The positon would start to eraod the unique style of Storth where fields are actually seen in the heart of the village. . There is a need for more houses but why 25 here? Why not 5 with 25 others spread amoungst near villages.
the small industrial park is just a non- starter
1. where is the proof of demand
2. Access up lanes through the village cannot take the haevy traffic - only possible for cars.
What change(s) would you suggest for this part of the Report?
3. Why not site the industrial area near the quarray.
