I question the need for more properties - there are many unused/empty properties within the exisiting village.
However site 1 is a proposed site for housing. It is entirely unsuitable for light industry as the road network is barely adquate now.
Industrial site is suited on Coast Road where Dallam estates already has unused buildings between Dallam house Drive and Hanaffins.
