I oppose the proposed plan for employment development on Station Lane,Burton-in-Kendal,on the grounds of the inaccesability of the site to delivery vehicles, due to ninety degree bends on the bottom of Neddy Hill and Tanpitts lane. Aswell as the exits of these lanes onto the A6070.As for the access by Station Lane, this also restrictive to delivery vehicles not only due to the hieght of the tunnel under the canal, but the sharp angle at which the road exits the tunnel will result in vehicles hitting the tunnel's structure and becoming trapped.A more suitable site in my oppinion would on the north side of Tarn Lane, west of Green Dragon Farm.I am also object to the residetial development,on the east of Morwood Drive on grounds of the waste water system in the village is already over loaded, and may result in flooding as experianced in the village,by the development up Boon Town,By Impact Housing. This development uncovered three springs,to develop east of Morewood Drive would uncover much larger springs.
