Finding your way round our website
The website is divided into four main sections with the headings
Services, Business, Leisure and
News which take you to the
appropriate areas where you can find the information you
require.
On the right hand side of the Home page
is the "Do it Online" menu which has
four options;
- Report It - report and monitor
service requests made to the Council (e.g., report an abandoned
vehicle)
- Pay for It - pay online for a range
of Council service - eg bulky item collections
- Apply for It - where you will find a
selection of online application forms
- Find It - locate a range of Council
services using a map or postcode (e.g., recycling facilities)
There is the search button -
where you can type a key word from your query (e.g.,
Recycling) and select the information from the list
supplied.
Alternatively you can use the
A-Z of
services button - just type the service you require (e.g.,
planning) and locate the information you require.
If you require a different format, text size, colour or
translation you can go to the
accessibility page where various options
are available.

section aim to provide you with information, guidance, practical
advice and contact details on key life stages for example
Having a Baby, Education, Marriage, Employment etc.
