Conditions / Reason for Refusal: Condition (1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Condition (2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: site plan as proposed; and PD201124937_2_B both deposited with the Local Planning Authority on 19 March 2012. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.

Condition (3) The stables hereby approved shall be used only for the stabling of animals owned by the owners/occupiers of "The Hill". Reason: To ensure that traffic does not increase to the site as a result of stabling of other animals owned by third parties, which would be contrary to saved Policy L9 of the South Lakeland Local Plan.

REASON FOR GRANTING PLANNING PERMISSION The proposed stable block is considered to be acceptable in this location and in accordance with the aims and objectives of saved Policies S2 and L9 of the South Lakeland Local Plan and Policy CS8.10 of the adopted South Lakeland Core Strategy.
