The Environment Act 1995: Part IV

This legislation covers local air quality monitoring, review and assessment by the Government and Local Authorities.

The Environmental Permitting (England & Wales) Regulations 2010

This legislation controls industrial air pollution.
 

The Clean Air Act 1993

This legislation controls dark or black smoke and chimney heights and introduced smoke control areas.
