Parking on South Lakeland District Council Car Parks
Charges apply for all Blue Badges
holders in car parks owned by South Lakeland District
Council. One extra hour's parking is given free to Blue
Badge holders on top of the tariff paid.
Please read the information on each tariff board as this
will explain when charges apply on that particular car park.
In a Car Park, if all the disabled spaces are occupied, you can
park in any other space with your badge displayed (apart from Level
3 South Lakeland House Car Park).
New Machines
You can purchase a pay-and-display ticket using cash, or
credit/debit card.
The Civil Enforcement Officers will give you an extra hour if
you display your Blue Badge next to your pay-and-display
ticket.
