Robinson's Brewery Development

Proposals are being put together for the re-development of the Robinson’s Brewery site in Ulverston.  The regeneration-focused plans, which have the potential to create 200 jobs and contribute to the vitality and viability of Ulverston town centre. 

The proposals are now available on a dedicated website - http://ulverston.appshen.net/.  This website provides informative details, including plans and visuals about the proposals.  If the plans go ahead the development would be taken by a top-tier supermarket brand.  The website has a detailed question and answer section and invites feedback from those living and working in Ulverston.

A formal planning application has not yet been submitted, but there have been discussions with South Lakeland District Council, Cumbria County Council and Highway Authority Officers.
