Kirkland Enhancement Scheme
Thank you for your patience and understanding during the
Kirkland Enhancement Scheme improvement works. The Scheme is
progressing on time and to budget and we hope to complete the works
on Friday 19th March 2010.
The locations to lay new paving and widen
pavements will shortly be changing as detailed below. Loading bays
will be made available for affected businesses as part of the
temporary one lane operation. Please speak directly with the Thomas
Armstrong site manager to advise of regular deliveries or if you
are expecting any special access requirements.
