Kendal Futures Board is the regeneration partnership for Kendal,
co-ordinating and implementing projects to improve the economic
vitality of the town.
Since 2007, the Board has delivered a wide range of projects
from the Kendal Economic Regeneration Action Plan.

provides a one-stop shop for business support information, land and
commercial premises search, grants, news and events and relocation
information for companies who are interested in moving to our

Tourism Plan
Kendal Futures have recently published the Kendal Tourism
Action Plan which will drive through projects to improve visitor
experience in Kendal. By working in partnership, Kendal can
build on its positioning as a ‘Quality Gateway to the Lakes’ and
incorporate the change from market town to a fully fledged tourist
town.
