Private Hire Vehicle Licence
If you wish to make a first time application for a Private
Hire Vehicle Licence, you can download the application forms and
guidance notes here.
Existing holders of a Vehicle Licence will be forwarded the
relevant application forms approximately one month prior to the
renewal date.

Completed application forms for a Private Hire
Vehicle Licence together with the relevant documents and fee
should be returned either in person or by post to the Licensing
Group.
