Private Hire Operators Licence
If you wish to make a first time application for a Private
Hire Operators Licence you can download the application forms and
guidance notes here.
Existing holders of an Operators Licence will be forwarded the
relevant application forms approximately one month prior to the
renewal date.

Completed application forms for a Private Hire
Operators Licence together with the relevant documents and fee
should be returned either in person or by post to the Licensing
Group.
