Private Hire Drivers Licence
If you wish to make a first time application for a private
hire application for a Private Hire Drivers Licence you can
download the application forms and guidance notes here.
Existing holders of a drivers licence will be forwarded the
relevant application forms approximately two months prior to the
renewal date.
The following forms are all in Adobe
Acrobat PDF format.
Please note:
Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Application Forms are not
currently available to be downloaded via this website.
Application forms for a CRB Disclosure should be obtained from the
Council's Licensing Group.
Completed Forms
Completed application forms for a Private Hire Driver's
Licence together with the relevant documents and fee should be
returned either in person or by post to the Licensing Group.
