Register of Premises Licences

Under the Licensing Act 2003 a premises licence is required where one or more licensable activities are provided at the venue concerned.

Licensable activities are defined as:-

  • the sale by retail of alcohol
  • the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to, or to the order of, a member of the Club
  • the provision of regulated entertainment
  • the provision of late night refreshment

Under the Act, the Licensing Authority is required to maintain a public register of all applications for premises licences.

The Public Registers are currently unavailable, but will be available again very soon. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
