Caravan Sites
You may apply online for either Residential, Seasonal or
Touring licence.
The site will require planning permission from the relevant
authority, eg South Lakeland District Council, Lake District
National Park or Yorkshire Dales National Park.
You should either submit a copy of the planning permission with
the application form, or if you do not have planning permission,
you are advised to apply for planning permission.

appropriate conditions before starting the application form.
The conditions will apply to your application.

Completed application forms for a Caravan Site Licence
together with the relevant documents and fee should be returned
either in person or by post to the Licensing Group.
