and Allocations Document approved
The final Land Allocations Document was approved at a special
meeting of Full Council on 18 January 2012.
The Land Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) allocates
land for new housing including affordable homes and employment as
well as protecting green spaces and green gaps from
development. The document lists sites to help meet the
districts needs for housing, affordable housing in particular and
new jobs.
